Note to my future self - Part 2

Recently I looked back at my first "Note to my future self" post. I was inspired by one of the items that I wrote:

Learning to love others is always challenging. There are no easy ways but there is always a loving way.

Can't believe I was the one who wrote this. It doesn't felt I am that philosophical to begin with hahaha. But I thank the Lord for the godly reminder. After that, I decided to make a part 2 of note to my future self and hoping that my future self in another few years will be inspired again.

Hey future me, if you are reading this. I hope that no matter what phase of life you are in, you will always remember God is always you and he will  never leave you!

  • Going thru changes can be very very very challenging. Always ask God for guidance and learn to embrace it.
  • A friend once told me: "Learn to enjoy the ride in every step/phase of life"
  • Personally I still think mentoring others is not my cup of tea but if it is God's will for me to do it. Do it.
  • I have never felt that getting to know younger people can be so much fun and enjoyable. God proof my perceptions wrong. If you have doubt in connecting with younger people in the future, I believe the Lord will proof you wrong again HAHA
  • There are many times where we will offend someone. Learn to apologize and show them the love that God has taught us to do.
  • Walk closely with those (friends/family) who are suffering. This is not for the faint hearted.
  • You will be surprise how God ends up answering our long lost prayers. Ask God to open our eyes to see His goodness. Always.

Hmm....haven't being emo for quite a while now..It seems I have accept and let go of the past even though sometimes I might think about it but it doesn't effect me anymore, not like last time. If you want to know how I did it. I would say is with the help of my friends and also the might one. To the let go of the past, live with the present and hoping for the future to come.
